The rumor mill has been running full speed about Knox County School Board Member Patti Bounds and Knox County Commissioner Charlie Busler possibly challenging TN State Representative and Speaker Pro Tem Bill Dunn next year, August and November 2020. Bounds has been in a non partisan position on the School Board. Dunn is a Republican.
