Knox County Commissioner Michele Carringer sun-shined a meeting with at Large Commissioner Justin Biggs at 11:30 am at Sam and Andy’s Fountain City.

The meeting was to meet with Randy Guignard and Realtor Kim Isenberg. The meeting had about 12 other community citizens, led by Jamey Row.

Mrs. Row asked about the meeting having not had a 48 hour notice due to the weekend. Mr. Guignard and Ms. Isenberg out of kindness for the community opted not to present due to the concern over the meeting notice.

Since I began the Knox County Commission & the Sunshine series this is only the second one where another media source attended. The first one, Jesse Mayshark and I had a selfie. This media entity never spoke to me, it was mutual.
