After this mornings court proceeding, I went out and drove by the McMillan farm. I remained on Thorngrove Pike, the Knox County road where I viewed and photographed the cattle from the road. I am not a vet, an animal control officer, but they do not look healthy.

I have requested the body cam from last week when the animal control officer and the Vet put one of the cows down. I am waiting for the Sheriffs Departments response. I suspect as this is one of at least two investigations that it may NOT be released.
