At the Martin Luther King, Jr. lunch yesterday the Dean Rice the County Mayor’s Chief of Staff was there on behalf of County Mayor Tim Burchett. I am told that he bungled and fumbled through the county elected officials. Missing several Knox County Commissioners even having to be told from the audience hoabout First District County Commissioner Evelyn Gill. I was told he said, oh yeah how could I miss Evelyn.

I was told that people began talking among themselves asking each other what does Rice do, he is never seen at the City County Building.
