Secretary Hargett and Chairwoman Hopper,I would like to inform you that I have violated Tennessee Code Title 2. Elections § 2-7-115b when I voted in the Knox County Republican Primary Election on April 13, 2022. I am a Democrat and have not pledged any allegiance to the Republican Party and plan to vote mostly for Democrats in the county general election later this year.
Local Republican activists have made me aware that this is a crime punishable as a Class C misdemeanor. I invite you to charge me with this crime.Thank you both for outstanding election operations integrity.
