at Large Knox County Commissioner Justin Biggs has issued a letter calling on Knoxville City Council, Knox County Commission and KUB to fully discuss the fifth utility of KUB also known as Broadband.

“I think that KUB and citizens would fully welcome an open discussion. A $700 million expenditure with a major rate increase certainly merits broad community dialogue. My goal is to ensure that all citizens have access to broadband at affordable pricing.” – Justin Biggs
