Remember when Knox County sued the Knox County Retirement Board and Mayor Glenn Jacobs right after becoming Mayor put an end to it. Well, then some citizens sued and that is ongoing.

On Friday, Attorney Gary Prince on behalf of Sheriff Tom Spangler and Knox County Sheriffs Office has sued in Knox County Chancery Court the Knox County Merit System and KCSO employee Martha Dooley.
