In violation of TN Code § 2-19-120, Jesse Huseth’s campaign is distributing materials that lack the disclaimer required by law. These disclaimers are required so that there is transparency in our elections, and you know who is paying for the materials that are trying to persuade you. The TN Registry or appropriate authority should take this filed complaint seriously and investigate this violation immediately.

I have reached out to the TN Registry for comment and/or confirmation of their receipt of the sworn complaint, at the time of publication, i have not received a response. i will update, if and when they do.
