Knox Co. Health Department along with others will host Check Up in the City – a health screenings and community fair is being held THIS SATURDAY (June 4, 2016) from 10 AM – 2 PM at Austin-East High School, located at 2800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd in Knoxville, TN.
They will provide physicals available for children and youth on TennCare, as well as youth covered by private insurance. Also, many community organizations will be present – they’ll be hosting fun activities for all participants, as well as providing information about their services.
