2026 is shaping up to be a big election year, and #TheMegaBullhornofTruth has already hosting several candidates for Knox County Sheriff. Today, we’re thrilled to welcome Republican At-Large Commissioner Kim Frazier, running for Knox County Mayor in the May 5, 2026, Republican Primary (with early voting from April 15–30).

Frazier is wrapping up her first term as Commissioner and is no stranger to leadership—she’s been a dedicated community activist and corporate executive.
