The first Republican candidate in the 2026 Tennessee Governor’s race is Fifth District Congressman John Rose.
The 2026 Republican Primary will be Thursday August 6 and the General Election is Tuesday November 3.
Rose is a farmer, a Vanderbilt Law School Graduate, Attorney and Entrepreneur of a software company. Rose is a former TN Commissioner of Agriculture.
