Back in 2006, I would joke that the Knox County Democrats would have their election watch party in a phone booth in the Old City. Tonight, Commissioners Amy Broyles and Jeff Ownby hosted their first community forum. It is set on a loose town hall forum structure. Commissioner Amy Broyles who has garnered the nickname as No Show Amy for missing so many Commission work sessions and meetings was absent tonight. Ownby announced that she was sick.
