Last evening, I received the above press release from Vice Chairman of the Knox County Commission Robert Lawrence Smith about a press conference this morning. Smith is running against Patti Lou Bounds and Andrew Graybeal.

Is using Commission letterhead for a political purpose unethical, illegal or any other form of bad manners?

Additionally, this morning I received an unconfirmed report that Smith is actually going to announce for the Presidency of the Ukraine. We will find out shortly.
