Randy over at the local liberal playground has this post with links to Tom Humphrey‘s blog and Georgiana Vines column. Apparently, Gloria Johnson has realized that she doesn’t have the votes to become the TN Democrat Chair and is endorsing Nashvillian Mary Mancini instead of Knoxville Lawyer and Former Democrat Candidate for U.S. Senate Terry Adams.

Johnson apparently is on the short list for a state level position with Organizing for America aka Obama for America. Now, that her term as legislator is up, her tenured position with Knox County Schools as an educator has her returning to work to Holston Middle School. It begs the question, does Gloria want any job that ain’t teaching the children?
