Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs started this morning at New Hopewell Elementary School. In honor of Dr. Suess 115th Birthday and part of Read Across America the Mayor came to read, Oh The Places You Will Go.

In addition, the Mayor Announced ReadCity USA. A program to get Knox County, TN as the readingness place in America.
