One of the two August 7, Republican Primary candidates that are wanting to be the Republican candidate in the TN House District 13 to take on and take out one term Democrat Gloria Johnson in November.

Republican candidate Eddie Smith had a reception at Calhouns on the River on Tuesday June 3, 2014. Smith faces fellow Republican Jason Emert in the August Republican Primary. Both campaigns are working hard in preparation for the early voting period July 18 – August 2, 2014.
