In 2020 when Sam Brown, the now Knoxville NAACP President ran and lost to Jane George to be the Democrat candidate for State Senate, he had failed to file financial reports. He currently owes the State of Tennessee Registry of Election Finance $40,000, four $10,000 fines.

Brown is on the first page of the Registry of Election Finance Persons Ineligible to Qualify, I’ll spoon fed it to my readers and all the other lame full time media in East Tennessee.
