Teresa Kirkham, former Roane County Property Assessor has been cleared of the allegation that she reappraised a property as political payback. David Morgan, the current Roane County Property Assessor leveled the allegation shortly after he won and took office last year. Now Morgan needs to get to appraising, the election is over.

Thankfully, Kirkham did her job in reappraising the property. The Knox County Property Assessor is still standing on the appraisals of his predecessor. Even when it is revealed that he has scratched his Deputies back with a lower appraisal. He is still too dadgum lazy to correct it. He probably has a lot of chores on his Farmland game.
