He’s Phil Bredesen and he’s applying for the ummmmm

Bredesen has spent much of his campaign sitting on the proverbial rail: trying to win over skeptical Republicans while not alienating the Democratic #resistance. It’s led to a lot of hemming and hawing from Phil when asked the tough questions, and it certainly came across during last night’s debate.
