Yesterday, we published this report of Jason Emert in examining the mileage reimbursement of Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett. Farragut property owner Ken Gross announced on Facebook that he has filed a complaint over the misuse of county funds.

The first attached screenshot is Burchett’s Senate finance report from the first quarter of 2010. The second is from an amended report in his first Mayoral campaign. He reported the same expense to Pilot from both campaigns (one of them would’ve gone into his pockets). The Mayoral report is even the amended version, after the “irregularities” were supposedly fixed. Its initialed by Dean Rice. This is relevant again after Emert’s release.
