The knoxnews website was three days behind and four days behind with the print edition to BrianHornback.Com on the R. Larry Smith story.

BrianHornback.Com got the case file at 3:56 pm this past Tuesday. WATE and WBIR were right behind me at the KCSO Records Window to obtain the file. The cost for copies, the audio and video discs was $11.91. I paid Cash and have a cash paid receipt.

Smith said in the Sentinel that he was called very credible, that is NOT in the case file. He can maintain his opinion but not as his own facts. The Assitant District Attorney did say the victim was credible.
