In following up on this late Friday “rumor” post, This morning in response to my question, Knox County Public Defender Eric Lutton explains, “Hayes Hickman has accepted a position to work at the CLO and today is his first day.  He will be working for us as an investigator and his yearly salary will be $41,784.”  So, one less occupied cubicle in “The Big Metal Shed on the Hill”.
