Tuesday night, 28 area residents near the property of Shoreline Church at the intersection of Westland Drive and Pellissippi Parkway met about the proposed 28 acre rezoning of the land Shoreine sits on. Community activist Sharon Boyce in addressing the issue that the property is in the City of Knoxville but the area residents are county residents said that Jack Woodall had talked with City Councilman at Large Finbarr Saunders. Saunders told Woodall just get with the developer. What ever happened to developers making their case, the opposition making their case and the elected officials making a decision?
