A little more than a week ago, Hugh Nystrom had the kickoff for his 4th District Knox County Commission campaign. I had to leave after about 40 minutes and was unable to see all the hundreds of individuals that attended. I also missed Hugh’s speech. I was told his son Trace introduced him. The 4th district has a multiple choice decision on March 1, two excellent choices in Nystrom or Janet Testerman, both individuals can be trusted to not get arrested for a personal bad decision during their terms, then there is the incumbent 4th district Commissioner as a choice.
