The KnoxNews just posted a story here about an incident on May 9, 2018 where former Sheriff Tim Hutchison waiting to support a family that was in court was allegedly verbally accosted by Knox County Tim Burchett. While on Monday May 14, 2018 I obtained the same video (through Open Records Request) that the KnoxNews Sentinel received. I then followed up and Open Record Requested a second video that shows the officers realizing something was going on and went down to the area where the Mayor and Former Sheriff were and sent the Mayor to his office, while Hutchison remained on the Main level for the court action, he was waiting on.
