Thanks to Pamela Treacy for this heads up. There will be a community meeting on Wednesday May 16, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Farragut Town Hall. The meeting will be on impact fees.

Duncan Associates prepared a study in October 2006 for the Town of Farragut entitled Impact Fee Study Roads and Parks. If you would like to see the study, it is located, here.

In my 4 years of service on the Knox County School Board and during the many High School Rezoning community forums many citizens have asked about impact fees and have voiced support for them.

If there is a groundswell of support, then show up and support our neighbors in Farragut.
