Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs and Dr. Martha Buchanan receive a report from First Utility District concerning Waste Water sampling and on May 24th, the “pandemic” was not detected.

Time to ask if West Knox, Hallsdale Powell, KUB, Northeast and Knox Chapman and any that I might have missed are sampling the effects of the “pandemic”.
