Today’s daily paper has a story about a complaint sent to Chris Davis, Administrator of Knox County Election Commission. Davis quote is it is the silly season, he did what was required by passing it on to the District Attorney.

I saw the Facebook post last week offering a discount to anyone with an “I Voted” sticker. It did not draw my negative attention, cause one the discount is not being paid for by any campaign or campaign candidate(s).

Additionally, I recall that when Glenn Jacobs was running for Mayor, he had a meet and greet off Lovell Road with a professional wrestler and as I recall they offered admission to people with a “I Voted” sticker.

But, hey all this is free advertisement for the business and the candidate.
