A few days ago the media reported about a lawsuit filed by a lady against a THP Officer for a traffic stop. The media report identified two lawyers, representing her, one of them being Herb Monceir. Today a press conference was held stating the Officer will have a vigorous defense and that the dash cam video will show it was a model traffic stop, the Officer represented by James A.H. Bell.
