Janet Testerman, kicked off her non partisan (there is no political party designation in City of Knoxville elections) campaign for Knoxville City Council at Large Seat B tonight. Knox County Commissioner at Large Justin Biggs, Knox County Clerk Sherry Witt, Knox County Trustee Ed Shouse, Knoxville City Councilman George Wallace, Knox County Commissioner Larsen Jay were several of the attendees.
