Tonight at Town Hall East both Republican candidates for Knox County Sheriff Jimmy JJ Jones and Tom Spanky Spangler were set to appear. Anticipating “Spanky” with his two dozen gray shirts repeating the Farragut performance, I trekked across town to my old home church Eastminister Presbyterian on Asheville Highway.

the "Mr. Hornback" one, but my dad and brother were not in Farragut

Well Spangler has reportedly taken sick, he did not attend, he sent written answers to three questions. Thursday he hosted a volunteer meeting and Friday was at an event in Corryton. Not word on where the illness may taken root.
