In a workshop tonight, School Board Chairman Karen Carson said “I am a non Solomon”. We would concur with her statement that she is not Solomon or even close to Solomon. Solomon was known as the leader with great knowledge and ability to determine what is right or wrong.

The part that perplexes us is how it even came to her mind that she even considered herself as Solomon or thought that the people of Knox County considered her Solomon. After all, with successful businesswoman Laurie Alford announcing in mid December 2007 with the election on February 5, 2008. Alford garnered more than 40% of the vote.
