A source has provided me with this link to a nearly one hour video of Commissioner Larsen Jay speaking to KCSO employees. It was posted on either Friday June 24 or Saturday June 25. It says 1 day ago on Sunday June 26.

In the beginning of the video he says if things go well in August he will serve another term. So, its clearly political. Will all political candidates be afforded an opportunity in front of the uniformed bodies as Jay has been given? He is not the only Commissioner that has worked for two years on the Merit issue. So have Commissioner Courtney Durrett and Chairman Richie Beeler. Where are their one hour videos?
