Just watched the Knox County Health Department Wednesday March 25 briefing. There are 20 cases of COVID19 aka Coronavirus, 4 are hospitalized and 6 have recovered.

Knox County’s age range is 18-40, a question was asked if that is social distancing working. The answer was more data is necessary to determine that.

A question was asked about reports of non essential businesses still being opened. The answer was that reports are coming into 311 and the health department and then people from the health departments environmental health go and visit those businesses.

A interesting question was raised about a drive in testing station. The answer was they are getting closer to potentially doing that, they need the supplies for it.

My immediate thought was wow, Blount County is kicking Knox County’s butt 🤷🏼‍♂️.
