Knox County Commissioner at Large Seat 11 Justin Biggs sunshined a lunch with Commissioner Carson Dailey. Today was the day, I attended. It was at the SoKno Market and they discussed the biggest issue in South Knoxville and that is traffic on Chapman Highway.

I saw a report yesterday that the Knox County Sheriff’s Office has increased patrols on Chapman highway and today I saw them. I hope they issue some tickets.
