I have had numerous KCSO officers complain about Knoxville Attorney Gary Prince‘s assertion here that he represents EVERY KCSO employee, he ONLY represents Tom Spangler, in his official capacity as Sheriff, but I ain’t a lawyer, so I listen. As Dooley is a current KCSO employee, he clearly was not REPRESENTING her.
