Tonight at 7 pm (6:00 p.m. if you want to eat at your expense) at Red Lobster on Kingston Pike the West Knox Republican Club will meet. The four candidates for Chair of the Knox County Republican Party will be speaking of their vision and plans for the party, should they be elected.

The announced candidates are, longtime Republican activists Buddy Burkhardt and John Gabriel along with TN Republican State Executive Committeeman Ken Gross along with former Failed Republican County Commission Candidate Ruth Kulhman who lost a race to former County Commissioner and Current City Councilman Finbarr Saunders.

If you can not make it tonight. All candidates will also speak at the Halls Republican Club meeting next Monday January 21, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Charley’s Pizza on Maynardville Highway in Halls.

In addition, John Gabriel appeared on the Hubert Smith Radio Show on Sunday. Smith’s radio show is heard on Sundays from 10 am to 12 NOON on FM 90.3.
