Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler Is Bringing DARE Back to Knox County 5th Grade Students

Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler has announced that the Sheriff’s Department is reinstating the DARE program for Knox County Fifth Grade class rooms.

Now, the individual elementary schools have to decide to accept it and fit the 45 minutes to an hour into the weekly curriculum, which can be a complicated fit at times. But, it is available.
