The filing deadline to qualify to be on the ballot for the City of Knoxville City Council Primary is May 18, 2017. Tonight the Town Hall East folk presented all candidates. In District Three James Corcoran and Jody Mullins appeared. Other potential candidates De’Ossie Deon Dingus, Sr. and Seema Sigh Perez did not appear.  Perez and Corcoran have returned their petitions according to the list from the Knox County Election Commission.
