So back before the pandemic, Rep. Justin Lafferty, Former Rep. Micha Van Huss and others were eating at a restaurant supposedly having conversations over a sandwich or something. Justin Jones and a friend were in the restaurant, Jones confronted them with camera in hand and posted it on the book of faces. Lafferty complained then that Jones edited the video to his favor.

Fast forward to Monday night April 3, 2023, Lafferty and Jones are colleagues in the house (Jones did not replace Van Huss, but I digress) and here they are still in another dispute over videos or a video recording device(s). Seems the name Justin has some angst between two Justins.

Now, people have asked me my thoughts since Monday, it probably doesn’t matter, I am not a State Rep. I don’t have a vote, i won’t be at the Capitol tomorrow, however if I were, I would probably agree more with what Republican Rep. Sam Whitson has said in last day or so. Expulsion(s) makes the three ever more popular, Whitson’s word was martyrs, to give credence to Whitson’s theory in just the last two days more than 500 people have contributed almost $25,000 in at least one gofundme campaign.

I could see the Davidson and Shelby County Commission appointing Justin Jones and Justin Pearson back to the positions. Knox County Commission is not likely to appoint Gloria Johnson. So, this theory of Rep. Whitson could propel Gloria to a campaign challenge of Congressman Tim Burchett in 2024.

The National Media exposure, Burchett hanging with the anti McCarthy crowd during 15 or so votes for Speaker McCarthy. Gloria would not be in Nashville, so theres that, but she could wage an aggressive campaign for Washington. I dont know, but its just a crazy conspiracy theory. We will see.

Here is what I do know, this blogger, podcaster will not lack for material, maybe Knoxville and Knox County will be happy while I watch blog and talk about the fighting in Nashville and Washington .
