LCUB customers in Farragut and Southwest Knox County likely didn’t know about the Tuesday February 22 Public Hearing because LCUB used rate payer money to purchase an ad on the front page of February 24 Farragut Press TWO DAYS AFTER the hearing.
Apparently LCUB does not plan to raise electric rates like KUB is doing for the creation of a Fiber Broadband division. But they are still going fo borrow money from the electric division, which is a lot of Farragut and Southwest Knox County.
