Last night, I had the chance to see some of the changes being made that the Southern Railway Station on Depot Avenue in Downtown Knoxville. The station houses a local architectural and engineering firm along with the Blue Slip Winery. There are multiple rooms and space for events. One train car is being converted into an entertainment car that could be used for smaller or private space to larger events on the property.

The bar area is nearly complete, some tables, chairs and lounging furniture will be placed after windows and other renovations are complete.
