Matlock For Congress Campaign Kickoff

More than 700 people spent Saturday evening on the Matlock family farm in Lenoir City to kickoff the campaign to elect Jimmy Matlock to  be the next Congressman to represent TN’s Second Congressional District.

The event included FREE Hot Dogs, Chips, Moon Pies and Water. Two hot air balloons, skeet shooting, corn hole games, patriotic and country music.

There were 7 TN State Representatives, a slew of Loudon County, Lenoir City Elected Officials, Gary Loe the Chairman of the TN Conservative Union, Town of Farragut Alderman Ron Williams, Knox County Sheriff candidate Tom Spangler, along with citizens from all over the Second Congressional District.

Every detail was covered from golf cart shuttles to every activity on the farm to not running out of any food item.

The campaign kicked off as a well run machine.
