Shortly after taking office Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs was able to secure a $100,000 donation from WWE for the Knoxville Public Safety Foundation.

The donation was in part because of an event where Jacobs portrayed his fictional character Kane at a WWE event.

Last night in Knoxville during a WWE event, Mayor Jacobs presenter a check to the Knoxville Public Safety Foundation, making good on his promise and actions.
