Tonight Mike McMillan became very agitated at School Boarder Karen Carson in regards to Gibbs Middle. He said a handful of people made this decision and we are righting a wrong. When he mentions the handful of people in 1992. Is it School Board? School Board and County Commission? McMillan’s father was a member of the County Commission for almost 25 years. He passed away on June 10, 1992 while serving half way through a four year term. Mike McMillan was elected in a special election to succeed his father. The Gibbs community was represented by both McMillan’s father and himself. So, is McMillan blaming himself or his father?
