On November 3, Early Voting October 14-29 the voters of District 89 have a choice. The Freshman Incumbent, Independent challenger or Democrat “Certified Write-In” Candidate Kari Keeling. “Certified write-in” means she has filed paperwork with the Knox County Election Commission that she would like her votes counted and they will. Now that we have progressed or regressed to pen and paper, a write-in may be easier.
