Memorial Day Weekend Kick-Offs Congressman Duncan’s Campaign

Last evening, out in the Powell/Halls community, Pete and Cindy DeBusk opened up their lodge building for the kick-off of Congressman Duncan’s campaign. It was an impressive crowd considering that it was held during Memorial Day Weekend.

Speaker Boehner spoke for about 20 minutes. He said Congressman Duncan is the most conservative member of Congress. Boehner says he has no idea why anyone would have a problem with him. Boehner said it may be because Congressman Duncan doesn’t say crazy things.

Boehner went on to say what a great shot the GOP has of taking back the Senate. Boehner said the GOP have much better candidates this time around.
