I was the Brian that called in and asked that with the five year ban imposed on Herb, than should all of Herb’s wins (local, state and federal) the past couple of years need to be *. Just like the baseball players that are alleged to be have been on steroids. Because obviously if Herb is guilty than he has likely been “juiced” for sometime building up to this court ruling.
