John Roberts was confirmed and sworn-in as the youngest Chief Justice in more than 200 years, yesterday.
President Bush will now nominate someone for the associate justice position to be vacated by the retirement of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. I have hopes of someone that will pass the scrutiny of the Senate and will interept the law, not make laws from the bench.
