As soon as one election ends, another begins, at least until we vote on that November 5, 2030 Charter Amendment. Of course that is dependent on the Legislature passing the legislation in either 2027 or 2028. If you don’t know what I am referring too, then stay tuned.

November 3, 2026 is the State and Federal General Election, Early Voting October 14-29. In Anderson County, TN State Rep. Rick Scarbrough is running for re-election and we welcome him back from 2024. Rep. Scarbrough represents State House District 33 and he does it exceptionally well.
